How to Supply Art

If you are supplying graphic design files, you can email them to your sales rep, upload them or bring them in on a CD or thumbdrive.

For very large files we have an FTP server available as an alternative to bringing in CD's.

Microsoft Office Files

Microsoft Office documents aren't ready for printing. MS Office is not a desktop publishing program, and we just can't get reliable, accurate reproduction of Office documents as you created them on your computer. If you must do your design in MS Word, PowerPoint, etc, you must send us a PDF or other accepted publishing format . If you don't have Adobe Acrobat to create a PDF with, have a look at the section on dealing with unsupported formats, below.

If we're doing your graphic design then by all means supply all the files you have including any MS Office files.
